Farmer Browns
Farmer brown was renting land in Ruabon at the time and using a garage to hatch and sell eggs. The fertile eggs side of the business soon became very popular with most of sales going out on 3rd party sites through the postal system. The small holing is new and was only created in 2023. The land was not being used and the landowners agreed a long term lease on the land. We now have more space to expand our business operations in regards to fertile eggs and grow a bigger heard of pygmy goats.

Small Holding (Penley)
The small holding near Overton is just outside Wrexham in a village called Penley. The small holding at the moment is home to our heard of 13 Pedigree Pygmy goats and around 50 light sussex chickens, we will be adding copper morans and Brahmas chickens to the breeding plan moving forward in 2024.
All our goats are health tested against CAE and Johnnes and we routinely vaccinate with Lambivac. We are member of the Pygmy Goat club and all our heard are registered. We do not have unregistered stock.
Light Sussex Breed
The Light Sussex breed originated in England in the late 1800s. It is a result of selective breeding involving various Sussex chicken varieties to develop a breed with excellent meat and egg production qualities.
All our chickens are housed in large aviaries and we have 1 x Cockrell to 15 chickens ensuring that we get the most hens covered for our fertile eggs production business.
