Our Dandenong Office was our former head office. This was our first location, established many years ago. After building a strong client base in the South Eastern region, we expanded our business all over Victoria. We then established our head office in the heart of Melbourne. This branch office manages our service delivery to clients located in Geelong and surrounding areas. It serves a vital role in managing our large client base spread throughout the region.
The main objective of establishing this branch was to overcome the difficulties we had in managing operations in Geelong, Werribee, Point Cook and others. Prior to establishing this branch, operations in these regions were managed by our head office located in the Melbourne CBD. This enabled us to reduce travelling time, and simplified training of staff residing in the Geelong area. Establishing this branch enabled more effective management and improved operations in this region, including the process of quality inspections. In addition, we established closer relationships with our regional clients, which further improved our service.

Over the years, we saw the need for a branch located between head office and Dandenong. Our client base has grown substantially in Oakleigh, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverly, Ferntree Gully and other suburbs. As a result, we recognised the need for a branch in this region. As a result, our Glen Waverley branch was opened.
